The 3-stripes brand tackles this dilemma with the new adidas Ultraboost 20, with surgical adjustments designed in conjunction with NASA’s ISS National Lab to make this model a real delight for neutral runners.

The Ultraboost 20´s already outstanding Primeknit+ upper receives important mesh changes, taking advantage of the Tailored Fibre Placement (TFP) tech to increase stability, strength, and support throughout these shoes’ chassis. A TPU cage in the midfoot and dual Fitcounter heel stabilizers - hollowed out to reduce weight - further increase a lockdown feel, while contributing to an increasingly futuristic and groundbreaking aesthetic.

The boost™ midsole’s density has been slightly adjusted to increase cushioning and performance at any running pace. What isn´t broken doesn’t need fixing, and the Continental™ rubber outsole continues to give you excellent traction on asphalt and other urban surfaces thanks to its advanced Stretchweb design.

Together with NASA, we ran experiments in gravity to micro-tune Boost midsoles to perform better on earth.
